The burning question has been asked...and maybe even answered.
But I don't know that yet. I didn't buy the book. The book called 'Why Do Men Have Nipples?' I merely noticed the book displayed on the same shelf at the Bookshelf as the Breast of Canada calendar.
A placement coincidence perhaps?

Well, I hasten to add that this book does not deal exclusively with this arcane question, it is more about biological curiosities, or vestigeal structures. Did you know about the Uterus Masculinus?
However since you raised the topic, perhaps it is a good thing that they do. It is a good reminder that the two genders arrive from common stock. It also useful to be able to say - 'everyone has one' so why are you so upset about mine? Thus in top free protests it is sometimes politically savvy to have male nipples on display too. I wish it didn't have to be - but discrimination is a powerful political tool.
Michael, Sue said something about embracing the inner dog. This sounds like an excellent opportunity for men to embrace their inner woman.
