Calendar Girl Blog: Life in a Bubble
My neighbour Randy took a splendid photo of our neighbourhood BBQ potluck held down the street last Saturday. Titled Community; Randy's shot captured what I have come to believe.
I live in a bubble.
Perhaps it's not owning a TV that helps maintain my unique state of mind. Certainly being literally surrounded by creative neighbour's like this and this and of course this contributes to my picture of the world.
Calendar Girl understands the fragility of her universe. But within this tender reality is a strength that feels remarkable.
