Calendar Girl Blog: Photo Contest
I'm almost done working out the configuration of photos for the 2007 edition of Breast of Canada.
It's not just a matter of picking 24 photos. Instead, it's more like programming a festival of music. Each photo needs to be able to stand alone for a month at a time, yet make sense as a collection of images. The resolution quality must be high enough for our fine art publishing process. Composition needs to be interesting and fit with our theme and health focus. Then of course I look for variety in body shape, breast size, skin tone and vintage.
Ages that is.
It's a photographic puzzle that needs to be tackled in big chunks of time which can be difficult to find. But find one I did. A big chunk. Now I'm a whisper away from finalizing everything.
Calendar Girl is pleased that so many people bothered to enter the contest. From the images and accompanying notes, it would appear that much fun was had by all.
