Calendar Girl Blog: Broken Camera

My new digital camera decided to cease taking pictures yesterday. Leaving it at the photo shop, with the understanding that I may not see it for 4 weeks, was like getting a stick in the eye. I stammered something about it being my 'work camera' which the kind clerk dutifully noted on the form, and then left, feeling somewhat naked.

This amazes me. Especially given the angst I went through buying the bloody thing. Now, a short 3 months later I'm weeping with separation anxiety. Over a camera I might add.

Calendar Girl is turning into some whacked out version of her former self. It's true that 'sentimental' is one of her more pronounced features. Still, suck it up girlfriend.
